1. About the Service

KreasiKan helps businesses plan, create, and publish social media content automatically with the help of AI, including publishing to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account.

3. Your content & responsibility

You retain ownership of the content, images, and materials you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and publish Your Content solely to operate the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to all materials you upload (e.g. product photos, logos) and that Your Content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated content is provided "as is". AI may produce output that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or in need of editing. You are responsible for reviewing any content before it is published. Brand-safety checks are best-effort and do not guarantee perfect results.

5. Social media publishing

By connecting an account and approving a plan, you authorize us to publish content to your Instagram/Facebook accounts according to the settings you choose (approval mode or fully automatic).

You must comply with Meta’s platform terms and policies. We are not responsible for platform actions against your account (e.g. restrictions or suspensions) that are beyond our control.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service for content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, infringing on intellectual property, spammy, or in violation of social media platform policies.

7. Payments, subscriptions & quota

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and processed via Midtrans. The Service uses a content-quota model ("posts"): one post includes one image and a caption; a revision also uses one unit of quota.

• Paid subscriptions apply for the chosen period and may renew according to the plan terms.
• Top-up quota is cumulative and does not expire while your account is active.
• Except where required by applicable law, processed payments are generally non-refundable. For billing issues, contact us.

8. Cancellation & termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The KreasiKan platform, software, brand, and look and feel are ours. These Terms do not transfer any rights in the platform to you, other than the limited right to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. reach, engagement, or sales) from the content created or published.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KreasiKan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the reasonable period before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
